Shipping&Returns
If you made a purchase as a "guest":
.Send an email to commerciale@nocciolar.com with:
.- the order number you find on the confirmation email of your purchase (e.g. #1001) - your email address
- the reason for the return including pictures of the problem
.Our staff will inform you as soon as possible how the collection will take place.
If you have made a purchase by creating an account:
.- log in to your personal area, open your order detail and check if you are ready to make an automated refund by pressing the appropriate button. In case the button is not available on click follow the instructions of the procedure as a "guest".
